When and how will I receive my photos?

Your photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the completion of the appointment via email with Google Drive or Drop Box. 

How long can I expect my photo shoot to last?

Depending on the size of the home and the package that you have selected, your appointment can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. To ensure that your appointment runs quickly and smoothly, please make sure that the house is clean and photo ready. Please see our "Prepare" link for details. 

If I have to postpone or reschedule my appointment, will I have to pay a fee?

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible to avoid any fees that may apply. We understand that things come up and that appointments need to be flexible, however, we do charge a $50 rescheduling fee plus any travel costs if the appointment is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled within an hour of the scheduled appointment.

What rights come with the photos? 

The usage rights only apply for marketing the property and may not be distributed to a third party. These rights do not include altering photos, use for personal website or for sale and distribution. For additional licensing or commercial usage, please contact directly.
